South Roxana Fire Chief Todd Werner died in the line of duty on July 1, 2021 after suffering a heart attack after responding to a call.
Chief Werner was 48 years old. He served with the South Roxanna Fire Department for 25 years. He leaves behind his wife and three adult sons.
We honor and remember Chief Todd Werner and the ultimate sacrifice he made for our safety.
