Cardiac Wellness Program
The BackStoppers Cardiac Wellness Program will assist area police, fire, and EMS officers with a preventative heart health scan by reimbursing for the cost of the scan.
Active duty public safety officers including police officers, firefighters and volunteer firefighters, publicly-funded paramedics and EMTS, 40 years of age or older, will be eligible to take the Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) Scan.
We will reimburse for the cost of the test. You will complete a short form from our website to request a reimbursement.
This scan is very easy and is not time consuming. Please consider being proactive and encourage your public safety officer peers to do the same.
