How to Enroll in Payroll Deduction Membership at a Participating Agency
If your agency participates in payroll deduction, obtain the form from your payroll department, complete it, and return it to the payroll department. The payroll department will begin the deduction and submit your form to BackStoppers. It’s that simple!
