We are now assisting the family of Capt. James Cova who died in the line of duty on July 9, 2024. Capt. Cova was found unresponsive at the Affton Fire Protection District after responding to multiple calls.
Capt. James Cova was 54 years old and had served with the Affton Fire Protection District for over 23 years. He left behind his wife and two daughters.
We stand by the family, friends and coworkers of Capt. James Cova, the Affton Fire Protection District and every life that Capt. Cova touched. Capt. Cova will forever be honored and we will never forget his sacrifice.
