St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer Paul Oatman died in the line of duty on May 12, 1967 in a motorcycle accident when a patrol car from another agency struck his tri-car.
Officer Oatman served with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for 10 years. He left behind his wife and four children.
