St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer Paul McCulloch was shot killed in the line of duty on July 2, 1964 after responding to a manhunt of a suspect who had shot and wounded another officer earlier in the day.
Officer McCulloch served with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for nine years. He left behind his wife and four children.
