St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer David Lee was killed in the line of duty on September 22, 2024 by an intoxicated driver while assisting at the scene of a crash.
Officer Lee served with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for 18 years. He left behind his wife and children.
