St. Charles County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Albert Musterman was shot and killed in the line of duty on November 30, 1969 while making a traffic stop.
Lieutenant Musterman served with the St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department for nine years. He left behind his wife and four children.
