Sainte Genevieve Firefighter David Grass Jr. died in the line of duty on July 8, 2009 from a brain injury caused by a department sponsored training routine.
Firefighter Grass had served with the Sainte Genevieve Fire Department for six months. He left behind his wife, 8-year old son and 4-year old daughter.
We honor and remember Firefighter David Grass Jr. and the ultimate sacrifice he made for our safety.
