The Alloy Personal Training (Wildwood) Bootcamp for BackStoppers will be held on Saturday, October 25th in Wildwood, MO.

•9am to 10am
• Join us for a 45-minute charity workout benefiting our local heroes. We’ll incorporate stretching to get you limber, strength training to help you get stronger and some light cardio work to get your heart pumping. This workout is inclusive of all fitness levels and we are asking for a $20 donation per participant. All proceeds will be given to BackStoppers, so bring your friends, families and neighbors!
