Northeast Ambulance & Fire EMT Scherese Bishop died in the line of duty on March 11, 2011 as a result of collapsing in cardiac arrest eight days prior while administering CPR to an individual.
EMT Bishop served with the Northeast Ambulance and Fire Protection District for three years. She was often called upon at home day and night to assist the community. She left behind her 7-year old daughter, who is now a Northeast Ambulance Paramedic.
