Washington County Deputy Sheriff Michael Tripplett died in the line of duty on November 29, 2007 when he was involved in an automobile crash.
Deputy Sheriff Triplett served for two years as a part-time Deputy for the Department while also serving full time as a Missouri Police Officer. He left behind his wife and three children.
We honor and remember Deputy Sheriff Michael Tripplett and the ultimate sacrifice he made for our safety.
