Louisian Police Chief Richard Hughes died in the line of duty on July 2, 2014 when died at his home following a shift where he was on multiple calls.
Chief Hughes served as Chief of Police for the Louisiana Police Department for five years.
We honor and remember Chief Richard Hughes and the ultimate sacrifice he made for our safety.
