St. Louis Fire Captain John Kemper died in the line of duty on July 12, 2017 as a result of injuries sustained battling a structural fire seven days prior.
Captain Kemper served with the St. Louis Fire Department for 24 years. He left behind his wife and adult daughter.
We honor and remember Captain John Kemper and the ultimate sacrifice he made for our safety.
