DJ Daniel is a 13-year old from Houston, Texas that has a terminal cancer diagnosis and a dream of becoming a police officer. His story has gained national attention and since then he has been sworn in by over 900 police departments. The Berkeley Missouri Police Department invited DJ to a special ceremony in his honor where he set a record by being sworn in to over 150 law enforcement agencies at once.
Lt. Col. Lawrence M. O’Toole attended on behalf of BackStoppers to present DJ an honorary BackStoppers membership and limited edition BackStoppers gear.
