St. Louis Metropolitan Patrolman Paul Kramer died in the line of duty on March 30, 1971. He had succumbed to gunshot wounds sustained five days prior during a robbery at his brother’s store.
Patrolman Kramer served with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for 31 years. He left behind his two children.
