Step 1

Ask your payroll department if they participate in BackStoppers Payroll Deduction donations.

Step 2

Complete the BackStoppers deduction form provided by your payroll department, and turn it back into the payroll department – it’s that simple!

Step 3

If your payroll department does not participate in BackStoppers payroll deduction or needs to update their participation or forms, we will contact your payroll department to begin payroll deductions or make helpful changes and updates – just provide us with the contact info below!
