Come run a marathon-only race on a portion of America’s Longest Main Street in historic Belleville, IL, near downtown St. Louis on Saturday, September 30, 2017. The course also includes local paved trails and is an official Boston Marathon qualifying course with enthusiastic crowd support. The Belleville Main Street Marathon is conducted by the Belleville Running Club and Toolen’s Running Start. Proceeds benefit the Belleville Parks and Recreation Department and The BackStoppers.
Enjoy the local shops and restaurants in Belleville before and after the race. If you’re visiting from out of town, make a weekend of it and visit local attractions in Belleville (including the scenic National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, Eckert’s Orchards, Skyview Drive-In Movie Theater, among others), the Metro-East, and St. Louis.

The course is a Boston Marathon qualifier with about half the course along a portion of America’s longest Main Street and the other half on portions of the paved Richland Creek Greenway Trail and MetroLink Bike Trail in Belleville.
Awards
The top 3 overall winners and the top 3 finishers in each division will receive awards (visit bellevillemarathon.com for divisions). All finishers will receive participant medals.
Free beverages, food, and entertainment will follow the race.
